Smart Tyre Guard Pty Ltd offers a limited guarantee on its Smart Tyre Guard product, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Guarantee Coverage
   We guarantee the performance of the Smart Tyre Guard product in sealing punctures up to 6mm in diameter that occur under normal driving conditions. In the event the product fails to seal such a puncture, we will either replace the affected product free of charge or provide a refund of the effected item upon inspection.

2. Conditions of Eligibility
   This guarantee is valid only if:

   • The Smart Tyre Guard product was installed correctly by a trained or authorised installer;

   • The tyre was within the manufacturer’s recommended specifications and was in good condition at the time of installation;

   • The puncture occurred during standard on-road use (not racing, or commercial heavy-duty applications);

   • The puncture is in the crown of the tyre. 

   • Proof of purchase and proof of installation are provided upon claim.

3. Limitations and Exclusions
   This guarantee does not cover:

   • Punctures larger than 6mm in diameter;

   • Tyres with structural damage, sidewall splits;

   • Improper installation or use in tyres not suitable for the product;

   • Any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to tyre replacement, towing, or vehicle damage.

4. Claim Procedure
   To make a claim under this guarantee, the purchaser must notify us in writing within 14 days of the incident and provide all required documentation. We reserve the right to inspect the tyre and installation records prior to approving any replacement or refund.

5. Other Rights
   This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude any statutory warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
