Smart Tyre Guard fully backs the product and knows its effectiveness under on road conditions. While we take every step to ensure that everything is carried out to the highest standard across our full network; throughout our training and accreditation program. We also understand that some people have different experiences with the product or services.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN ISSUE WITH YOUR SMART TYRE GUARD PRODUCT PLEASE CALL THE STORE YOU HAD IT FITTED AT, THEY WILL THEN CONDUCT THE NECESSARY STEPS TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE.
All claims will be looked at and handled with a fair and honest assessment by an accredited Smart Tyre Guard installer.
Note that damage to the tyre that is outside of the limitations of the product will not be covered.
This includes but is not limited to
-Sidewall Damage
-Illegal road use (Racing, Burnouts etc)
-Punctures bigger than Australian repairable legal limit (6mm diametre)
-Damaged rims loosing air pressure
-Damage caused while offroad/track use
-Malicous damage to tyres
This being said we are constantly striving to ensure every customer has a positve experience with our product and we will try to get our customers on the road as soon as conviently possible.
